This number has called me 5X today. I never answer because I have caller ID. Still it's invasion of my privacy to have the phone ringing all through the day.I can't report it until I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST for 31 days. I can't believe that nothing can be done to stop these calls!

We have received several calls daily and for WEEKS now from this number 516-800-0000; a man with a VERY heavy accent until you don't want to hear what he is trying to sell you. Then he uses language like MF, Bi---, JA, oh did he go on. I've called my phone carrier, state police out twice today. Now he is calling my house asking for me using my name.

This number called my cell phone and never said a word. I kept saying hello but no one said anything so I hung up.

"Microsoft " is calling ME? .hang up and block this #. Clear sounds from boiler room call center in background, barely intelligible Asian accent. Don't download anything or give any info to these crooks.

(516)800-0000 This number keeps calling and claiming to be working for Microsoftwants to log on to my computer to help me take care of systems that have stopped running on my computer, that makes the computer be at high risk

No I did not purchase any Microsoft product but I did enter my number on a car insurance site for multiple companies. Did anyone else do thesame?

The next time they call, don't tell them that you'll report them, just tell them you are "glad they called because you work for the FTC and this is just more evidence". Believe me, they will hang up on you before you can blink. Don't know if they'll remove the number from a list or if they are using automatic dialers...but it's satisfying to momentarily shut them up!
