Reading these posts about legal rights made me think of what these guys have done to me. They call my home at all hours of the day and night, call my neighbors asking them for info and giving them info as well. They called one of my neighbors by name and gave and asked him info, when my neighbor saw the following day he was pissed and gave them a peace of his mind and also reported them to the Government, which for awhile stopped the calls but after a few months they started calling my house again my neighbor hasn't heard from them since then and i wish the same would happen at my home.

Your a [***] retard I would like to put that phone right up your [***] .u guys always bug me ya I owe tons of money n you guys ant getting [***] from me. Come to my place n try to talk to me in person I'll knock u out u [***] goof.

these [***] have been calling my number for years with no reason. I would love to know who they are and want, that is if they would only leave a [***] message!!!!!!!!

This collection agency Aktiv Capital do not follow the law. Even putting your number in the do not call list creates by the government doesn't not work. Like others I have told them that they had the wrong number and they continue to call 4 to 5 times a day. They don't care that the phone is for emergencies only for the child at home with anxieties. They are nothin but heartless [***]. All we can do now is spread the word and report them as much as possible. They'll have to change their number again and start all over.

keeps calling just spoke to "michelle" she will be speaking with their IT Department ... collection agency and no the computer does and does not leave a message it is sporadic

Trying to contact my ex husband who never lived under my new address or had my phone number.They said they will keep calling me until I give them his phone number. We do not communicate for 7 years.

Got a call from 1-519-963-8038. They are debt collectors.In the past they called from 1-519-963-1310.I blocked that number ,now they call from this new number.These are computer generated calls.I called back asking why they called.They were looking for someone with the same family name, told them they had the wrong number and not to call again. They promised they would not. They lied.I believe their name is AKTIV CAPITAL
