Just called them... they were very nice and said they will take my name off the list. We shall see. :-)
My take is that a legitimate Marketing Company should know how to interpret the 'Do Not Call' list and make their phone calls accordingly, wouldn't you agree?
unfortunately surveys are exempt from the DNC list. scammers call claiming to be doing a survey-do you owe money on your credit cards? Then they try and sell you something related to their "survey." If you don't have one go to ebay or amazon and buy a call blocker. We're blocking 275 numbers and allowing 85. That should tell you something.

called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
