FYI - You're the idiot! DCS Inc does not "Buy" loans. They are contracted by Federal and State agencies as a 3rd party collection agency. Very simple answer - Pay your bills! Americans complain about 500 million being sent to Iraq but know nothing of the 217 Billion dollars that "american citizens" owe their on government! No wonder my child can't go to school!

P.S. There are no statute of limitations on student loans or taxes.

Yeah these people keep calling me too. It's not just Verizon customers that they call.. I don't have Verizon. They will call anyone they can get a hold of that's related to you or who may know you. They even called my landlord! I called them back when they did that and screamed at them for that. Thanks to whoever posted that cease and desist letter.. I'll put that to good use!

I received a call from this company on February 12, 2008 at 1:49PM ET.They knew my first and last name, and the operator stated her name and that she was from Texas. She wanted to know if I heard of or knew someone by the name of Michael Sheer. And if I did, could I tell her how to get a hold of him. I said I know of no such person and I don't.I hung up the phone, but how odd.....who or what is this company, how the heck did they get my name and number and why would they think I know this person. Toooooooo odd. I don't like it at all.

Similar story. Called about a neighbor. Called me by name as if a friend. Wanted to know if I knew them. I told them no. Then asked if they could leave a message for them if I ran into them. I told them I was not a message service. Found them calling me strange since I have a unlisted number. I will be reporting them to the Oregon State Attorney.

you really should start just answering your phone and hanging up which will allow the number to be shown on your cell bill. this would give you the proof of the harassing phone calls. not answering and letting it go into your voicemail only leaves a missed call on your phone.

Called me trying to find "another number for Steve." I know about 13 Steves, so when I asked for a last name he was very cryptic and weird. I finally hung up with him but thought it was weird.
