This number is Kaiser's automated message line. I received a voice message about a free influenza vaccination from Kaiser. Coincidentally received a flu shot during my last primary-care doc visit.
Have been recieving calls every other week for someone, called KP customer services, they cant help which is ridiculous. KP is wasting my minutes. KP customer rep forwarded my compliant to superviser. Hopefully my # gets removed which i doubt.
