its a landline in arlington virginia,not canada. they use 100s of ip addresses. more than likely a scammmer telemarketer. also can report a third party caller even if from a bank you use. report number not not call.

This person should not be calling me. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Why aren't they being dealt with according to the law????

Yes the callers are bound by all pertaining laws and regulations; they are lying if they state otherwise. And no, banks don't give your information to third parties, only internally associated product providers you may opt-in to receive. The national do not call list run by the U.S. Department of Justice works wonders if you use it, & don't get bamboozled by fake do not call lists run by the scammers & criminal enterprises themselves.

Looked at a previous response and got a 1-800 number to remove our number from their caling list even though it is already listed on national and state do not call list. I called this number it works for Martiz Research, call 1-800-864-8601 and make sure you dial your do not call number in and record the time, and date this was done. I also agree with others that complain about the do not call list. Have been on it for years here and in another state. You get on it because you DO NOT WANT CALLS! Attorney General's office will not prosecute unless you get dates, time, number. Even then they are useless. I am getting calls from debt collectors for a person who does not live with us. I have to call their compliance department to get information on their address, phone number and then send a letter to officially register a complaint for further action from the attorney general's office. Exactly who is getting the shaft, not them. They call and call and you are left holding the bag. What crap!

I received a call from them shortly after I had used a rental car agency. The rental car folks informed me I would probably be getting a call to do a survey as to how well the rental service was. This was probably the call. I did not answer, but returned the call later and listened to their message. They are a survey group. I was given a number to call to opt out of future calls. I ignored that also.
