I have received 19 calls within 11 minutes from this number. Absolutely unacceptable. I am clearly on blast and I am enraged right now. I have blocked the number thru an app on my phone but I can still see who has called me.

I've received their stupid surveys by mail in the past. Supposedly requested by Blue Cross for a visit to an Orthopedic doctor. Seems they want to make another insurance Company pay for the cost of the "Accident". Hello dufus, arthritis is not an accidental injury. Look at the medical coding on the report submitted by the doctor. Waste of my time and waste of money by whoever commissioned the survey. If it was actually by Blue Cross there is some dumba55 at Blue Cross that needs to be out on the street. "Do you want fries with that?"

Repeated calls from this number, no message left. I never answer.

Called twice on two different days. Answered the second time yesterday, and found out it was a survey for my hospital stay. Said they were calling for my hospital, but could tell the lady was reading from a script. I asked a question and she paused, obviously looking in the script for the answer. Then she lied and said she was in Florida. I asked how could that be if my Caller ID said Southbend IN. I then told her to not call me again, put me on the no call list, and that I had their number on my phone twice. She never confirmed my request but stayed on the line. After a four second pause, I said have a great evening ; goodbye, then hung up. ( During my stay, had daily visits from HR asking about treatment from staff, so I figure this enough of a “ survey”.)
