Don't know why these people just keep calling. When I answer they just hang-up. so feed up with this mess.

I am almost positive that a letter wasn't received only because I was surprised to get a yearly statement with tax and escrow information and at that point called them. It was told to me at that time. The mortgage payments were directly deducted from our account initially and continued that way. My problems with their company really escalated when we actually paid off the mortgage and had to make countless calls, write letters and finally involve outside parties to finally get all of our payoff paperwork. I was told time after time that the paperwork was mailed, yet it took over 7 months to finally get here.

This number has called me several times once no one answered when I did another time I got an automated message asking for my account number or SS number; I gave niether; for one I had no idea, what account. One time I even received a notice that my son accepted at the front door asking me to call a different number to which I did and got the same recorded message asking for my account number and SS number. Somehow I figured out, I think it was on the envelope that was hand delivered that it had something to do with my mortgage loan. I did just have my loan sold by the original lender so I called them. They assured me my account was in good standing - I've never been late. The envelope identified themselves as Cenlar and I couldn't read the second word.

Hey, as I said there are days when they call 6-8 times and leave an automated message asking me to call a number blah blah blah. I call the number, and someone picks up and asks for my bank account number. Ummmm hell no. They tell me my mortgage payment is late. I am 18 years old and I have no mortgage.

No reason to block them when you can get paid for harassment. They are not legit, neither them nor any "lender". Ask the to provide the bookkeeping entries from your first funds transfer to see exactly what took place when your "lender" allegedly" "lent" you your "loan". Wait till you find out that you were not actually lent money.

They called on behalf of Cenlar who took over the loans after Taylor Bean went bankrupt. They knew everything about my account and the history of my payments. They took a payment by phone without a service charge as they are now managing the old TBW loans. I hope she was legit!

You don't owe them anything! They bought your mortgage aka paid it off! Research research research! They have satisfied your so called debt. They are now acting as a collection agency as they have only purchased evidence of a debt. Ask for the original contract

They call, and when I said 'hello' the second time, there is recorded message that says, 'Please hold, we will be with you in a few minutes.' So after hearing that for the 10th time, I hung up.
