Some Crazy Old Man Started Yelling & Threatening my 12 year old Son about some guys old unpaid Debts? Called the Police & Filed a Criminal Complaint. The Police turned it over to the District Attorneys Office to Investigate for Possible Prosecution.

Some Unhinged Debt Collector Calling my Nre Phone, yelling & makeing threats about a Debt of someone I dont know named Steven Cossell?? Said I was a Liar & they will Take my Pay Check if I dont pay? Since I Work my Farm, Theyll be looking a long time for my paycheck to take. Idiot Morons, what can you say.

No warrant will be issued for your arrest. You cannot be jailed for unpaid debt. Yes, you can be sued but even if you don't show up nothing will happen to you. They will take it as a lost. Went thru being sued before. Received a certified letter stating date and time of court date. Did not show because I had a premature newborn at home. Defaulted on your credit as a public record. After 3 years, it was automatically removed.

First of all yes they can sue you for unpaid doubts that is true, but it only goes on your credit as a judgement. Secondly they can't arrest you for it. That went out about the late 1800's I am afraid.

Has anyone noticed just calls from primarily this number or a bunch of different numbers? And if it has been this number for awhile calling you, does that necessarily mean anything? Please someone let me know. I am trying to figure this out.
