You would think with today's technology the phone company should be able to stop the call. Remember everyone, PLEASE do not give any personal information about yourself to strangers via the telephone. We pay alot of money to have home phone and cell phone but, the phone company cannot help us in situation like this. Only work with companies and people you know. Never do bank business via the telephone. The littlest thing like telling someone your birthday can cause alot of issues that can take years to get out of. The person that called me said his name was Mike Jones and ask if I pressed '1'. I did because I wanted to try and get some information about him. Once I started asking questions, he told me "to get a life". Go figure, MIKE JONES you called me, to try and SCAM me which tell me, "YOU NEED TO GET a LIFE". Oh, you can't do that if you don't have, BRAINS!! Get up off you big BUTT and get a real JOB if, you know what that is.......

I wish an employee for this well known identity-theft ring would chime in and explain himself or herself. Really, this is the only way you can make a living, trolling for victims to turn over to your bosses? How much commission do you get for each life you ruin? You know, I could deal with this criminal behavior better if they would just try to steal my identity without the constant harrassment. Ring, ring, ring, ring, all day, every day from these clowns. You employees, do you know how many innocent and otherwise non-violent people have daydreams of finding your boiler room and ... well you fill in the favorite fantasy.

Rang an unlisted mobile phone. Left no message.

This number calls me at least once a day, for a month or more...someone needs to shut this [***] down!

We have been getting calls from this number and several others, The surveys helped a lot on this site and others. These calls need to stop!

these [***] keep calling and calling and calling and calling.i don't even HAVE any credit cards!! they are relentless and the couple of times that I tried to get someone to speak to they cursed me out and told me to go eff myself (when I asked what the company name was and told them I was on the DNC list).

This number has been calling my cell phone practically every day. They do not leave a message and when I try to call, I either get a busy signal or mail box full. My number is registered with the National DO Not Call registry so they are in violation. I don't know how to get whoever this is to stop calling my cell.

The phone companies could do a good deed and provide FREE call blocking for known criminals. Why should innocent paying customers have to pay more to block KNOWN identity thieves? Come on, At&T, Verizon, etc. -- do the right thing and provide FREE call blocking for your customers who request this number blocked after their 100th harrassment call in a week.

Nobody can stop them

I get these calls all the time from a variety of incoming numbers. The automated message is usually from "Card Services". I've gone through the complaint process, on the do not call list and they still keep coming. Typically 5/week or so with several sometimes occuring the same day. I now carry a wistle around with me, press the required number to speak with someone, and blow the wistle as loud as I can into the phone. I actually had one caller actually have the nerve to ask me "was that all I have? That was pretty pathetic. You should get yourself an air horn". Maybe we should all get air horns. Then we may be able to identify the company when they all become hearing impaired.
