THE OWNERS NAME IS TEREASA BOUGHTON HER NUMBER IS 404-437-3111 ALSO HER PARTNER MIN-HAI AKA MINGY 404-437-0333. WE ARE RECEIVING HUNDREDS OF THESE SCAM SPAM CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE AND WHEN WE SAY STOP CALLING SOME OF THEM ARE VERY NASTY SUCH AS F--K YOU AND ETC. WE HAVE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS TO THE FCC AND GOV DO NOT CALL LIST AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN OR WILL DO ??? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MANY YEARS FROM THESE SAME SCAMMERS. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT ANYONE CAN DO OR ANY CLASS ACTION SUITS AVAILABLE TO SHUT THEM DOWN ?

some thing MUST BE DONE about these calls my husband has altzheimers and is up most of the pm it seems as if they call as soon as i get him settled in the morning..all i can do is scream into the phone(at least it makes me feel better )

Continual calls, each day. Ignoring of my phone number being on the do not call list. Hanging up on me when I politely ask to have my number removed. Caller ID phone number from them just gets a fast busy when called. Obviously a fake number. Another violation of do not call.

Credit card services is the name of a company run by J H Smit Duyzentkunst through SBN Peripherals, Inc. It is located at 3230 Cornell Rd., Agoura, CA 91301. His telephone number is (818) 879-9994. Rachel is a false name. Just ask for Smit.

I work for a telephone company. These telemarketing companies send false caller IDs so the numbers you see on your phone and you are reporting mean nothing. And yes it is illegal. You are wasting your time. These people will just hang up on you if they feel you are wasting their time. All you can do is press 1 and simply tell them to F off. No Government or law enforcement agency are going to waste their time working this. Good luck!

Anyone bothered by these calls especially if you are on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" call 877-FTC-HELP and make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They are hitting these jerks in the purse strings!
