I recieved an automated call from Cox communication stating I was being set up for services the next day between the hours of 8am and 12 noon. I have never dealt with this company and never intend to.
Got a call on my cellphone and I live in Indiana. This is a company in Pheonix, Arizona. Cox Communications. Un Real.
I signed up on line to be contacted about Cox Communications new Home Security Service. Pretty sure this is them, but haven't had time to talk when they call and my v/m is full at the moment!!
They need to stop messing up my bill, some of the people don't know what they are talking about!
We have been getting these calls almost daily for the past two weeks. A recording says they will be at our location tomorrow, don't need to be home since work will be done outside only.... We do not know this company nor have we had any prior contact with them. Very annoying to be harassed by these type of calls.
It is Cox Communications sending a reminder regarding a soon to be expiration date for the form of payment on file.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
