This number is from Cox. They called me with relevant information to my account, but from all the comments here it looks like that's not always the case.
They keep calling me and I've never had an account! Try reading next time, unless you work there.
I call costumer service today about the 9.95 program they say in the radio I wait one hour in phone and even the manager don't know about this program
call on Channel 1073 was supposed to are supposed to have that channel but its not showing up on my TV
Legitimate call in my case. I wrote a letter the president of Cox Communications and one of their local managers was calling me back to discuss the contents of that letter.
I usually don't answer, but I have a couple of times and it's just a cox telemarketer trying to get me to add additional services that I don't want or need. I usually just hang up on them mid-sentence.
Ditto. Usually if you talk to them, they will leave you alone for a few months, but if not, they will call and call and call.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
