I received a call to my cell phone, which is on the do not call list. A recorded message announced that I was eligible for a $250,000. business loan. When I was transferred, the agent said "Thank you for calling the Business Loan Center". I asked why he thanked me for calling when they initiated the call. He said, "so you pressed 1 to indicate interest in the call." I said, "I know you are a bad business because you do not know that you initiated the call". He said, "So I guess you are not initerested, and hung up.

Called that my business won a loan. Funny, I don't own a business. Press 2 to be "removed" from their list, but the phone hangs up when you do that, so I doubt they actually remove you. You can call back the number and and an automated voice tells you to press 1 to be removed.I tried calling the number back on my google number and the number changed to 313-718-1333 and said that it couldn't complete the call.

The recording offering me an unsolicited loan has called multiple times. How does one make them stop??

Called the number back. "If you would like to be placed on the do not call list, please press one now and allow 48 business days."

Download Privacy Star. it's trial lasts about 7 or 14 days but after it still blocks numbers, you just have to manually block the number but it still blocks the number.

The silent ringtone method is what I use. Works quite nicely. I get fewer calls than I used to now since I've used the silent ringtone for awhile.

didn't answer the phone and consequently received a message from #(607)3767350 offering to pay for somethign I was selling in CraigsList with a money order, they'd even pay more than asked for! Such nice people.
