After seeing that there's 17 pages of complaints and comments for this one phone number I just get disgusted wondering why these criminals are still able to operate. We are a residence and not a business so at least we're lucky in not having to answer these calls. In fact we have our ringers AND our machine turned off and use the landline for outgoing only. We would not even have bothered to get a landline but it was cheaper to get internet and cable that way.

I get a robo call from them every 1 to 2 weeks.

This number calls periodically but never leaves a message. Then I get another non message call from a different city. I'm getting less calls now, but for a while it was twice a day every day!

Yelling at these scumbags will not make them stop. Might I suggest speaking VERY softly. If you have to, act like you have a medical problem so they have to turn up the volume on their end. Once you are sure they have done this and have the phone tight to their ear, blow a police whistle into your mouthpiece, or a canned air horn. Just think of the look on the lawbreaker's face!

They're Entrust Merchant Solutions. They use a company called Peerless Network to get new fake phone numbers, and to shield themselves from people like us.I just sent these guys a demand letter for a settlement. Entrust just got bought by a company called Business Financial Services, I wonder if they knew about these illegal calls

They called me. The id said "CUSTOMER SERV" No message. Thought is was a scam call with a misleading id.

I get a call from them every day some days 2/3 calls - I block all calls (add to reject list) but a new calling number shows up on my cell phone and calls me again. Its a scam to get your name and social security number - but the FCC and/or FTC offer no relief from these calls, sad our Fed Gov't can't intervene.

Thanks for the tip. I have been trying that but not very good. If you press 1 to be removed, they won't call you from that number again, they will call you from a different number. I think they are using the internet phone packages. So I probably have 20 of these phone numbers blocked in my phone. But I will try to waste their time!!
