Okay everyone this response from this contact at Rose Int is reason enough not to trust them. I omitted my e-mail for security reasons. You will notice the language utilized is not up to par and can someone tell me what a Social Secret Number is? I think it is Social Security Number at last check am I right? While there is nothing concrete to confirm that Rose Int is a scam, I would say deal with them at your own risk and understand there are just too many red flags to take those recruiters or Rose Intl seriously. My advice is that if any of you are near a physical office location that you check them out their local offices and know exactly who you are dealing with. From: Shiva Bhandari 6630To: Sent: Friday, October 12, 2012 2:08 PMSubject: RE: Urgent Opening- Data Entry- Reno NV- Q132558It’s Ok Erran,I am not forcing you for anything, If you don’t want to trust us……….then no problem………..our job is to just offer you job opportunities…….moreover I was never about to ask you for your social secret numbers……….so anyways…….have a nice day. Okay then, I finally heard back directly from Rose Intl's clients, Intuit, and they were able to verify the legitimacy of Rose Intl.Regardless, I am still suspicious for my own reasons but to be honest, I'm not following the money anymore and I am already working part time gaining experience elsewhere and I just don't jump to the highest bidder for jobs like I used to because I'm currently happy where I'm at assisting on a project through another agency.Sure what I'm doing pays lower than what Rose Intl was offering however sometimes it is the experience one gains though completely understandable for those wanting to work and make top dollar though what is sad is I've seen agencies like Rose Intl compete with each other and turns out one agency always offers more than the other and thus you have a pay discrepancy.I'd rather though I dealt with an agency that had a physical location local to my area. Live and learn.
Your recruiters have a lot to learn about addressing inquiries in general and when recruiters start calling social security numbers "social secret" numbers then I could [***] care less whether or not you were a legit company. What is really comical about your company is that you are competing with local employment agencies on some positions and offering a higher pay rate than what the other agency is offering and I actually just reported that directly to your client because I found that highly suspicious. Some of your recruiters should really study up on their English and grammar enough to professionally address hard questions a worker might have before even signing on with you. When all your offices in the U.S. share only one phone number, I seriously have to question exactly how legitimate your are because at that point your organization is not portraying any sense of local identity.Frankly, I don't like the fact that agents that might actually reside in India might be following up on my resume and rather I dealt directly with an actual employment agency branch in the U.S. since I don't know who I'm reaching and where said agent is if I were to call back and speak with an agent of your firm over the phone. This seriously brings up the question in this day and age whether or not a firm like yours can be trusted with SSN/direct deposit information. And just as an FYI, when your firm solicits me for a Data Entry position, it would be the norm to at least send out online testing to confirm a person's skills and that was not the way I was approached. Other agencies local to the area I'm in actually test their workforce with online computer testing. The approach you have taken for office work in this particular instance is that we will just submit your resume without any test scores. Doesn't exactly make me stand out to an employer now does it vs. another agency that actually had my scores on file and submitted me where I actually got to continue working on another project because I could deliver results.I guess what I'm saying is I'm going to want something that makes me stand out from the rest and I think your agency has a lot to learn when it comes to filling office positions/data entry positions etc. etc. As far as Indian recruiters are concerned, how about employing educated American recruiters with good English and grammar skills that are capable of dealing with future employees more professionally and addressing any and all their concerns. You might actually start building a better workforce after that. I don't want to speak to someone from India. If you are going to act as a representative of your company, at least take the time to spell "their" correctly. You do seem to want to rub it in by telling someone they missed out on a good employment opportunity. I'm not as forgiving as others when dealing with suspicious contacts and will judge an unknown agency like Rose Intl based on their initial e-mail responses.A poorly structured response or slightest spelling error will cause me to pass up on your organization.
I have actually dealt with agencies before that did not have a local physical address in the town I was in and those agencies would have been TEKsystems and GT Global Staffing based out of Colorado. There is a lot to be said about a recuriter's e-mail address and physical address and phone number and that is the criteria I use to judge. Also helps if recruiters are based physically in the U.S.I am with you though in having my guard up and the initial e-mail response I got back from a Rose Intl recruiter when I asked the hard questions and gave my harsh critique left a lot to be desired.Surprisingly though bigger companies will make use of mulitple agencies to fill positions though what I seem to find are major pay discrepancies between what one employment agency might offer over another. What I've found in my experiences though that just because the job might pay more does not mean you would like it. In my case, I'd rather I stuck with what I had vs. jumping agencies. Sure might be making less and hours might be less for starters but at least I'm happy where I'm at.Good luck in your job search.

Oh my lord!! This is a legitimate company. I was put in contact with a recruiter from Rose Internationalfrom the unemployment office in San Diego, California. I sent my resume and they have set me up with a couple of great interviews with HUGE clients here in California. If they are calling you, and you write it off as a scam, your loss..
A legitimate company that tries to verify people's social security number through the phone? And you came out of the blue to defend this company OR you are part of the boiler room employed by this illegitimate company? I believe no legitimate company asks for people's social security number THROUGH THE DAMN PHONE. Dawn you should name yourseslf Darkness.
There are some clients who ask for ssn to check rehire status weather we can be rehired in the company again. yes, ssn is a critical information, but these people do not share this information to any one. there is a department which check rehire status. i got a call from this number for AT&T which also ask for social. now i am working with ROSE. it is up to you weather you want to give your ssn or not but yes, there is many fake staffing company but not all. Rose int. help us get job on a good pay rate. if you get a call for BOA, AT&T, they ask for SSN, but not all clients. Yea, ROSE have offices in India as well, English is not their First language but they let you know the thing in there own way and that is sufficient for the people who seek job.rose is not a fake one.WWW.ros int.com.
