called & didn't answer! Sick of these robo calls. If I don't know the phone number, I DON"T ANSWER!GET RID OF THESE ROBO CALLS - PLZ!!!

Same thing -beep - Goodbye - disconnect. Why be on the Do Not Call list?

These scammers ignore the law and call many times over the years, with tales of Windows problems. Right. When I'm in the mood for fun, I tell them they must swear to always love me, eat paperdam for breakfast, never trust Linux, drive only Edsels, speak only Esperanto, sing Ave Maria with a Brooklyn accent, and repeat the sounds that the Three Stooges make. Then I answer all questions in the German I learned in high school, as with "Wunschen sie ein glas wasser zu haben?" (However it's spelled.)

They called and said they were from Microsoft and am I in front of my computer. I said no and told them I don't have a Microsoft computer. He (thick Indian accent - actually spoke to someone in the background in another language) said he knows I don't have a Microsoft, he knows I have a Mac (I don't). He knows everything about my computer, my IP address, my Mac address. He said someone was logging into my computer illegally and actually asked me if I'm the one logging in illegally. I asked him where he was calling from and he said the Global Dept. I said Global Dept of what?? And he said of the world wide web. Seriously??? So I played along a little and he asked me to locate the ctrl key on my keyboard, then he asked me what key is next to it. I told him he should know since he knows everything about my computer. That's when I hung up.

Got back to back calls from 646-612-3456 just as I was getting home from work. With a heavy accent, someone from Microsoft wanted to tell me about important updates to my operating system. When I continually confronted the caller as to what the call was really about, they began to babble, then hung up on me. Angered by the unsolicited call, I hit the call back button. Naturally, the party wasn't available and a recording suggested I try again later. I think it's time to buy an Apple.

Caller disconnected when I answered after four rings. They had called previousl but the rings stopped after the third ring.

My husband received 3 calls from 646-612-3456 today (5/25/2017). He only answered because we are planning a trip to NY, NY. Each time he answered, there was a pause in the call (13 seconds) then a computer "Good-Bye" Looked on the web and noticed there was a scam involving Microsoft and computers. Oddly enough, I was trying to update an old computer from Windows 7 32bit to Windows 7 64 bit. We will not be answering this call again....

Apparently another call from the Indian 'virus squad', still trolling for victims.Why they keep calling back the same numbers is beyond me.I have a new spiel, which so far has caused all callers to hang up immediately, without speaking.I'm not sure, but I think the overall volume of nuisance calls is decreasing slightly.
