"Every time you are going on the internet your computer is sending out passwords, financial information, etc etc. Let me show you the things your are sending out..." He then asked me to go to google and type in www.teamviewer.... Idiot. Too bad I am quite familiar with with use teamviewer regularly in my business and know darn well what he was going to say next. I hung up and added his name to ooma blacklist. He'll never call me again, the lowlife, gutter dwelling scumbag.

Call allegedly from this phone # blocked by Mr. Number cell phone app because the # is not in my contact list.If this is Microsoft calling, then I will eat my hat.

Blondie; How do we stop these calls? Mostly we can't. Our free enterprise system at work.Except: 1. don't answer unknown calls 2. if you get more than one from the same outfit/number report at the FTC DNC web site; and here; just my opinion 3. never "press 1 to take your name off our list"; that just confirms your number and then they persist and even sell your number.Many, many comments here and other sites like this poo-poo the DNC list; mainly because they don't read what it says before putting their number on the list. Mainly it says that you can get calls from outfits you've done business with and from charities. Unfortunately, charities seems to include outfits that fundraise also.

Indian accent calling my home and stated something wrong with our computer.

I received ANOTHER call from these scum of the earth ,lying crooks. Rather than let it go too far,I SCREAMED an obscenity into the phone & hung up! they've been calling several times a week. I LOVE some of the ideas posted here & will indeed try them. I REALLY wish someone could & WOULD make their system backfire.

Receive a call weekly unknown caller. I don't answer unknown csller.

I didn't answer the phone. The ID showed "Wireless Caller." No message was left.

Add me to the list of receiving a call from this number. Luckily, only one so far. I didn't answer but if I get any more, I'll report to the DNC. I believe they can do something IF they get enough TIMELY complaints about a particular number.
