I have had several calls from this number. I have also repeatedly asked to be taken off their lists. One time I asked them what credit card company they worked for. They said Visa. Then I asked why this "wonderful offer" wasn't included as an insert in my credit card statement. They had no answer. The whole thing is a lie and I know this because I used to collect for a credit card company and because I called into Visa and asked them if they were in the habit of lowering interest rates. Of course, they said no... and that I was right.... that if they DID offer me something, it would have come as an insert with my statement in the mail. This time when this bunch of scam artists called me I told them I was calling the police. They hung up pretty quick. If they do call back again after that, you can bet I will call the police. DO NOT give these crooks ANY information about your financial/private business. This sort of thing is what feeds identity theft.

A robo-caller, which gives me the option... press 1 to speak to an agent, or press 2 to have my number removed. On pressing 2, it then tells me I pressed an invalid selection and to standby while my call is routed to an agent. The guy who answered didn't even identify themselves, so this is where I chewed him a new one. Hung up, then added the 6478988827 number to my call block list via Roger's home phone privacy feature.

RECEIVED UNWANTED CALL FROM THIS NUMBER

This number has called before and after the first week or so I added them to my block list but oddly enough, they began calling again and the number is still on the block list. Roger's must be f*cking up again.

When they call me and I have time I like to talk to them nicely, answer their questions then give them fake CC#, let them get excited and after they get angry that # does not work I laughed and tell them to go and F....... them self. it's actually fun to waist their time and think they possibly didn't get someone else because I occupied their time. Do the same for every scammer. Also just want to let you know that they don't have to be in GTA to use local numbers. With today technology they can be calling from India or other country and still have GTA #. So, don't be lazy and answer. Have some fun.

I think the only solution the average citizen has is to totally ignore the calls. When one answers,they feed their attention seeking.

Calls any time day or night and never says anything.. just dead air then hangs up.
