Accidentally answered this because I'm expecting a call from Ontario. Hung up as soon as I heard the silence.
Whatever they are they do not pay attention to the Canadian Do Not Call List! No doubt a computer generation as the caller hung up before even attempting to talk.
We also received that annoying call today February 5, 2015 from 647-898-8827. A Canada411 reverse number showed that number belong to Nicole Greenspan, 58 Bellevue Ave, Toronto, Ontario. She must have a lot of free to spare.

It's a spoofed caller ID number. All you've done is posted an innocent person's address on the internet for all to get at.
