This agency is in my opinion is very unprofessional. A very nasty and rude person. I will never again use the medical office that turned my account over to them, and I will tell others of my experience with this. This companies employee makes their company look bad. But it makes the company that retained their services to represent them look even worse.

You Tube is a Great Idea. I am going to send their calls to the business who hired them so they can see for themselves the tactics that they are using.

They called my house asking for a Connie. I told them this was the ****** Residence. Then she said, Do you know Connie? My answer to her was.. YOUR CALLING THE WRONG RESIDENCE. DON'T CALL NO MORE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSER THEIR QUESTIONS, IF THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER, HOUSE OR INFORMATION!!!

This people call to harrass at all hours for no good reason

Unfortunately, I have had more than one experience with this same agency. They are obnoxious, unprofessional, and come accross as threatening.I was in a bad accident a year ago, 2 months in the hospital. I paid one of the bills from this agency and they never updated my credit report to reflect it. Now they are trying to collect on another bill relating to same incident, but, different Doctor's Office. I have asked for a letter stating that my account will be paid in full when I make my payment, but, was told that they no longer send out these letters. My wife has called the Doctor's office to try and resolve this but gets referred back to the collection agency. Very frustrating!

I got a call from that number and they would only make peverted noises. They are pranks.

Any insurance payments that may have been paid. If you can, send all payments with a letter and by signature received may and copy everything.This will be your proof of payments and show that you are attempting to take care of the bill. This will help identify if you are being bullied. Know your rights.
