My husband had a recent stay in a hospital. All the bills ARE PAID and this company is calling MY PHONE not his. This agency is screwed up.We have proof of all bills paid too.Freaking idiots. Once someone pays the bill, remove them from the freaking system.And we paid ours before every getting a call from this agency. So that confuses the hell out of me.We've even talked to the doctors and hospital. Freaking crazy.

They had the nerve to send a text message to my phone! Really, you are going to text me to collect money? I find that highly unprofessional.

I just love this website. I got a call from this number, with them leaving a message with no indication of what they were calling about or who they were. I've tried to call them back a few times - but there is always a hold time. Sorry - I don't have time to waste. I filed bankruptcy earlier in the year, and it has recently been discharged. I sincerely hope they call back and try to get rude with me when I give them my filing number and discharge date. I could use a little extra money - and I'm sure my lawyer wouldn't mind the extra money either.

Got a call from this number this morning while in Kroger. I thought it might be a friend of mine calling as her cell phone is in the 678 area code but I don't have the number in my address book so I answered the call. I got a recording that this was "not a sales call but regarding an important business matter" and that I needed to return the call and gave me this number. I hung up. When I got home from Kroger, I came to my computer and logged into my cell account and immediately put this number on my blocked callers list. This number will never ring on my cell phone again. I have no idea what they could want with me - why can't they send me some kind of paperwork in the mail about what this "important business matter" is for me to check out instead of calling and leaving a message that I need to call them back but they won't identify themselves or tell me why they're calling? I'm not calling them back!

They call my cell phone 24/7 nonstop, They never leave a msg so I refuse call every time, This is not the way to get a person to pay a bill, Maybe if they were more professional they would get more results.

I do not owe any one money but for the past few days I have gotten a call from this company they never leave a message and when I answer they hang up. How am I to know what they are callling about if I cannot get ne one on the phone?
