I receive calls from this number every hour. They leave message and then when you retrieve the message it is a computer. I have spoked to them several times and asked them to stop calling. I want to put in a formal complaint about them.

Navy Federal Credit Union doing an employment verification for a mortgage.

Call came from 703-272-2013 and the caller left a voice mail. He identified himself as "Navy Federal", but never said "Credit Union", so I don't think it is Navy Federal Credit Union. He said it was just a courtesy call, and asked me to call back at 1-800-258-5948, which is listed online as a suspicious number. The voice in the message had no particular accent. The message was halting and unprofessional, peppered with "ums" and incomplete phrases, as if he wasn't sure what he should say. Certainly did not sound like a routine business call, and I've never heard of a financial institution making courtesy calls.

I called and it IS A VALID NFCU number!! I even called the 888 number and they verified that it is a VALID NFCU number, it is for the mortgage collection department, someone has a mortgage that is in collections and they are trying to reach them, so IT IS VALID!!!!

I got a call from this number too 703-272-2013 and thy asked for kenny.

Called back and received recording " This is a non-working number of the Navy Federal Credit Union"

This number is non-working NFCU number. When you call it back, the recorded message says as much. The people involved are obviously trying to phish and commit fraud. When I contacted NFCU, they said they are aware of this issue. When you get calls from this number report it to NFCU, as it might help their investigation.

Today I received a phone call from this Navy Federal Credit Union and I pickup the phone they state my correct name and they ask to speak to a Israel Flexer, My name does not sound like Israel or Flexer at all, and I ask how in the world did you get my phone number and name to link Israel Flexer -- And I demanded an explanation from them with no luck they clicked the phone and that was it, Now I am worried they had my name and contact information. I quickly checked who Israel Flexer is and it turns out he lives in my building in Bal Harbour, Florida from a quick search online. but now I am very much worried not understanding how they decide to call me about this. I asked for her name and everything and go nothing in return the FCC should close this company down!!!!!!!

I called back the number and it said it was a non-working NFCU number"? They called both my work and cell number.
