Called me again today; BLOCKED. Ha, Ha, Too BAD.Suspect this number/scam might be tied to the one we got yesterday from "JORDAN BROWN" at 407-610-1078.

Same here left a message saying they were from the IRS.

We got a call again from this number today at 1:10 pm. Please see my post of 3 Aug 2015. The caller ID was still VIRGINIA. This time it was blocked by our call blocker. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances.

Over 40 calls from this number. My son answered once. Heavy accented Indian man. They leave no msg. 26 calls in just 15 minutes.

Call came in from a guy with a very thick heavy Indian accent. He said he was from Microsoft and calling about my computer giving errors. I humored him, even though I knew he wasn't from Microsoft (I actually do have a service ticket for a replacement in with them, ironically enough). He was trying to say my computer had malware and was sending error messages to Microsoft, and wanted to log in. The moment I said I doubted he was from Microsoft, he said why, and I said I didn't even have my computer. He then hung up.Obvious scam trying to get remote access to a computer. I kind of want to get back to him and let him remote into an infected machine. But everyone else beware: giving anyone remote access to your computer puts you at risk. Just don't do it.

A man with an Indian accent left a message saying they have a tax case against my address and name, left a "case" number and a 914 number to call.

We got a call again from this number today at 11:50 am, and it was again blocked by our call blocker. The caller ID was still VIRGINIA. Please see my posts of 3 and 6 Aug 2015. These lowlifes are apparently slow learners.

People throw away computers - if you can get a working one real cheap you can boot it with Linux from a USB port using a thumb drive or a USB-external optical drive, then mess around with them. For some odd reason, the websites that provide remote access software don't have a Linux version yet.

Received a call from 703 -272- 4699. They said to call back 347-305 1184 for legal matter. When I called back they said this was the Treasury Department. When I questioned them they hung up.

Called my cell phone and left a message on 4/9/15 @ 11:20am saying his name was officer Eric Foster and that I need to call him back ASAP or have my attorney call him back at 210-888-8377 and if I don't call back then all he can do is wish me good luck as bad things unfold upon me. Freaky!!
