Recorded message claiming to be the Internal Revenue Service which alluded to a serious tax issue requiring resolution and gave a return call number w/ a California area code. Obviously a scam.
I'm getting hang up calls from this number when I answer the phone with my Business Name. I am on the do not call list for telemarketers. I think this is the same company trying to get me to get "more education" - when I've told them over and over I have a college degree - don't call this number again.
Have called many times before & now they're back at it (lucky me). I screen all calls & let machine pick up & as usual, no message left. My phone is unlisted & I am on do not call list...a lot of good that does.
Got a call from 703-272-4699 my caller I.D. said it was from SIEMANS. (Like the company that makes medical imaging equipment.) No message was left.
Got a call from this number at 1200 EST. Caller ID said Siemens. I have no dealings with this company. Their website says, "where we present solutions and products from the comprehensive portfolio of electrification, automation, and digitalization." I did not answer and no message left. This is getting old. I guess someone is using their technology for evil; not good.
being verbally abused by the caller (sexual content); after I told him to remove my number from the call list. he stated that he would not stop calling my phone until he get what he wants.
Start keeping track; do research on a recent case against Time Warnet. They had to pay $200,000+ to someone. Honest. She kept records, went to court--it pays to follow this up.
Pretty obvious this number's intent is to deceive since they're using a plethora of phony services in hopes of getting the receiver to surrender personal and financial info. Looks like they're coming up with anything they can think of just so they've got a dirty reason to call. I wouldn't bother calling it back either, it's likely a dummy number so nothing can be done with it.
