This company has called me several times a day for over a week. As soon as you answer the phone, they hang up. If you try to call the number back, it goes to a recording. They are violation of several FCC regulations and need to be shut down.

Stop calling me!!!

This number has called me many times and never leave a message.

I keep getting cals from some place called "talk Group" When I returned the call they said all agents were busy to leave my number. I do not want them calling any more.

I just received a call from 703-330-0318 who said they were calling from Comcast to verify my shutting off service of both cable and internet. In fact, I had discontinued the cable service a couple weeks ago, but kept the internet. It was very noisy in the background. I called Comcast and they assured me I had no outstanding orders. I will be reporting them to the Do Not Call Registry. Also, my daugher works for Comcast and they may be able to look into this quickly.

Like I have nothing else to do than answer these stupid phone calls every day. I have also called them and of course no one answered. I will report them to everywhere I can if I get one more phone call from this number. They will regret it.

Just got a call from this number at 8:30 on a Friday night. Picked it up, and no one was on the other end. Annoying.

are they really employing people just to call and hang up, im about tired of this

This number has called me four times in the past two days. The first time I answered and they said they were Comcast wondering if I had downgraded or cancelled my service lately and that they needed me to verify my information to update their system. I of course would not verify my information with someone who I had no clue where they were calling from and who should already have all the information in their system since I have their service. They put my on hold, not sure why they thought that I would hold, and then I hung up. They called back two times that night, which I did not answer and then again today. I thought something was fishy with someone wanting me to verify my info. I called Comcast to see if it was really them, spoke to a very nice women, she looked up there call log since it records everytime someone from Comcast calls you, and only had when I called to cancel the Sports Package a week prior. She took down the info on the situation and a supervisor is supposed to get back to me. After reading these comments I understand better who was calling. If they continue to call I will report it. I am wondering what the Comcast supervisor will have to say but I will definatly be complaining about it.
