YES! I am on the DNC and I keep getting tons of telemarketing calls. At least 3 a week. Another wonderful law without any teeth - I report these calls and nothing seems to help.
I keep getting phone calls every day from this number 703-330-0318. On my caller ID is comes up TLK Group. I googled the name. They are a cable company. I'm not in their area for the cable services. And I'm on the Do Not Call list and I'm still getting calls from various telemarketing company. What's the point in having the Do Not Call registry?

OK SO I called them and they have their own "DO NOT CALL LIST" Its friggin comcast! They call 1000000 times a day, early morning and late night. Call the 703 number below and they will add you. I spoke to a nice lady named margo and she took care of it. I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
