This number called this evening and I answered because I thought it was a friend from Va. Person stated they were calling for Comast and asked if I use Comcast or Dish. I replied dish and they asked if I am in a contract. I said yes and volunteered that I get highspeed through phone provided. They thanked me and hung up.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
