Apparently I hit a nerve when I wrote that it was the NSA looking for digital voice prints because I received telephone calls from 7:07pm on. What is unique about a digital voice print is that it can be rescrambled to make your voice (unique to you) say anything on the record even if you didn't. It is a very powerful tool. I have been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone for the last 2 months. Per the instructions on this site I called Comcast to be added to the do not call list. Hopefully this will work.
