they called possing as a cable contractor. who are they? They asked if I had made changes to my cable service. Strange. They possed as the cable company. Comcast>

Very serious message.....This number from "comcast" requested personal information and did the exact same verification as comcast does....funny part is that they had my acct number and also name and address w/ last four of my ssn....Took 3 hours to figure out that after i checked my call log on sprint that i confirmed to Comcast that they did call, my cable and internet were f'd up....reported them to Comcast and the BBB for privacy infringement. They are not a 3rd party for Comcast without a direct number for refrerence. Changed my whole acct with this number even tho I knew that Comcast had the same request of info protocal as this company. Report it as fraud. Holds up in court for privacy violations and fraud.

This is still an active complaint! I can't believe they get away with this and it's been several years. I just filed a complaint with the MD Consumer Protection Division. I encourage everyone to do the same.

called twice in 2 days, no message

I am in Alabama and have just received my first call from 703-330-0318. It showed as Manassas, VA and as I have friends in that area I answered. No one spoke to me and there was no sound except light static on the line. I have given up on the Do Not Call list..I think hackers are getting on this list and selling our numbers. I have just called the nimber and they had a canned message saying they are "Talk Group" and they will call me back as soon as an agent is available...wonder what this will bring.

Just got a call from these guys. I never pick up unfamiliar names any way.

How do you stop these calls? Do not answer unknown calls.

I got a call from this #, they ask if this is me and I said yes and they hung up on me - the nerve!
