The number 703-330-0318 kept calling me for couple days already. day, night, weekend, weekday... I thought for some reason, they love my number , lol. I don't have any cable/TV.. server cancelled. I actually picked up the phone twice, no answer.

703-330-0318 unwanted call, does not respond when answered, busy signal when called back. This is harassment.
It doesn't have to be comcast, it can be ANY cable company... I received a call from them today 3/21/11... didn't answer, but they called a couple weeks ago because we cancelled our cable service (Mediacom, a part of comcast) and wanted to know what they could do to keep us.. HA!!! I said and hung up.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
