I had it call me with a code for my Microsoft account..but the code they gave me won't let me access my account....any ideas??

You must have added 2nd level security challenge to your mail login. You can see all activity by once logged into Outlook by clicking on the tool cog wheel in the top right then Account details and then Recent activity. On mine there were more attempted logins and security challenges from eastern europe than from me. It was good to find out why and who was using this number to call us and what the code was all about.
