I just received a call from 714-008-8431. I did not recognize the number so I let it go to voice mail. The caller did leave a message and identified themselves as being associated with Fix Auto, a Geico service center where I recently had some repairs made to my car. The called was attempting to reach me to participate in a customer satisfaction survey and left a toll free call back number. I do not see any issues with this number. They were very professional, polite, and the survey only took a few minutes. No problems here!

They called me too and said they were doing a survey for a recent auto repair I had done - unfortuately I never had anything done ???

this number is for customer satisfaction survey - recently had work done at Pride Auto Body & they were calling with follow up questions. Makenzie was very friendly & polite - no issues here

I am getting bombarded by this number 714-998-8431. Anywhere from 2 -6 calls a day without leaving messages. STOP CALLING ME!

I finished reading all these replies. I, too, just had body work done on my car from someone in an AVIS car rental that hit me. I rented from Enterprise Car Rental @ Jim & Jacks Auto Body Shop.

Yeah...it's not Enterprise, it's the auto shop that wants feedback on their service (Pride Auto Body in Van Nuys was the shop I went through).

Have received the same calls over the last week. Up to 4 calls a day. Answered once and heard a male voice, not very clear. Answered tonight and a female call Kirsten, stated she was from California and wanted to ask about my vehicle, naming the Make, which had just been in the garage for repairs. She stated it was in Halstead AUTOS (not true). Dont answer.One question to you all. Did they call you mobile telephone number and what contractor are you with. Incase its is with only one phone network provider.

I just rented from Enterprise. It seems like a survey of some sort. They shouldn't be calling and wasting people's time. I would complain about this if they do this. This is bull'shnit!
