I just rec'd a "missed call" on my cell phone from 714-998-8431. I just had my car repaired at FixAuto in Irvine AND FixAuto called Enterprise rent-a-car on my behalf, since I needed a rental car while FixAuto was working on my car. It appears that the call from 714-998-8431 is related to FixAuto...???
I have gotten several call from them lately. They ask for me and if I'm not there they don't leave a message. Had auto repair done at Craftsman repair in Gainesville, VA but didn't rent a car
I just had some bodywork done in Virginia. Now I am getting these messages on my cellphone. They do not leave a message and if you answer you get dead air.
Had a body work done on my car and rented car from Enterprise. Survey company. They first called my cell phone, and I told them no, call my home phone. But they continued to call my cell phone which I ignored. Only answered the survey when they happened to call me at home.
I am calling back - and they insisted i give them my last name to get my name off the list - despite the fact that they had my phone number. simply... i asked for a superviser - and he took care of it -thank you david
