I just rented from Enterprise, turning my car in the day before yesterday and got 2 calls from this number yesterday. Good to know it is a survey. I think they told me when I checked out that someone would be calling me.

Got a call from this number; they did not leave a message. Believe it is a car repair satisfaction survey. The repair shop *did* ask me if I would consent to such a call, and I did. I did not answer this call, however, because I didn't recognize the number, and did not know this was the survey company. I don't have a problem with the call, as I consented to it beforehand, but it would be a much better business practice if the would leave a message identifying themselves.

Me too ....just rented from Enterprise -- terrible experience, by the way -- and everyday get the 714-998-8431 missed call on my phone-- sooo annoying

Recently put my car in the collision repair shop, had been renting from Hertz while getting fixed. I have been recieving calls from this # I don't answer them and no message left.

this number continues to call me and does not leave a message.

The call is from some survey center in california. In my case, it was a customer survey about recent car repair I had at NuLook Collision. I had to finally call the number back and take the darn survey so they'd stop calling...

Getting the same calls and just rented from Enterprise

It's a survey company. They are not going to leave a message. They just keep calling tell someone picks up.Just answer and they go away.
