It is a company called Fix Auto USA. They follow up on repairs completed at various body shops throughout the US. Your information is given to them from the body shop you had a vehicle repaired at. They just want to know about your satisfaction They also assist in helping customers schedule appointments for inspections as requested by your insurance company. It is legit. They also leave messages. You should check your voicemail.

Ugh, I just rented from Enterprise too. I didn't even choose Enterprise. Someone hit my car and Enterprise was rental car company Geico chose (the insurance company of the person who hit me). How aggravating!

Had 3 calls w no messages left. I called them back. It's just a survey company. They were nice and only took about 1-2 minutes to answer their questions about the repair shop and Enterprise. I'm sure the calls will stop now.

This is a call from Fix Auto. It is a follow up survey to auto repair work you have had done due to an accident. Mine was through Auto Body World.

Thanks for the postings. Got the same calla after renting a car from Enterprise. I just blocked it because it is so annoying!!!

Janet ID'd this correctly. The survey callers are on behalf of Enterprise Rent-a-Car or your local body shop affiliated with Fix Auto. Same survey company might be servicing both. Problem is, the survey folks have their dial-ahead system set to a too-short ring to pickup dwell time. Their incompetence does nothing to generate a favourable response from the person being called. This is unfair to Enterprise, your local body shop, and FixAuto. They are paying the survey service and not getting their moneys worth. Just aggrivating people off.

This is the number for a company that does surveys for people that had car repairs done at "Jim & Jack's Auto Collision Repair". They also have an Enterprise Rent-a-Car office there.
