Only one call so far with no message -- I'm writing because the circumstances match the others. I recently rented from Enterprise while having my car repaired at Cooks Collision.
Just received two calls in one day. No message left. Read that someone just rented from Enterprise - I did to and dropped car off yesterday. Today the calls are coming.
received calls from this # on both my home phone (unlisted)!and my office phone and now my cell #. How do they get this info????
I have been getting this calls as well. I did call back, and its a survey line. they want to get information on the service that was provided. I answered the 10 questions, and the phone calls stopped. This may be what everyone else should do, if they want the calls to stop, otherwise, this will keep calling for a while until your name drops from thier list.... good luck. ;-)
Ive been getting calls from this number also... I called Enterprise customer service, since I recently had my car in the shop and rented a car through them too. Enterprise took the # down and call, they stated that supposedly they do not use this company as a marketing analyzer... bull!!!I also reported it to the do not call registry... They never leave a message either and when you call back its an answering machine!
Yes I have been receiving calls also after I had an insurance claim with Mercury and go some auto body work done. I read the other messages and it looks like it is related somehow or they are give our ph#.
I just got my car from Craftsman Autobody on the 24th and I started getting calls today from 714-998-8431. I am contacting the bodyshop and asking them for their privacy policy. I only signed one form and I know it did not contain a privacy policy.
Same story, just had body work done and they keep calling but not leaving a message. Did not rent from enterprise and did not go through my insurance, so it seems body shops is the common thread.
