I just had body work done too, and rented from Enterprise-- this morning was the 2nd call I've gotten, and no message left. Same experience as many other posters.
Received call and just yesterday I got my car out of the shop after an accident. No message was left.
I believe the call you are refering to is a survey, I actually answered the phone, they explained they were a survey from a shop I recently had my car serviced at, I could not do the survey at that time so they told me they would follow up later, since then they have been calling me almost everyday, one of these days I will take the time to do their survey so they stop calling me.
I got a call last night from this number but, like all the rest, they didn't leave a message. I'm different then a lot of the rest of the people. I have not ever rented a car nor have I had a car in a repair shop.
I just now got a missed call from this number *714-9988431. I had my car in the shop for repairs and was given an Enterprise rental for those few days. Mystery Solved! Now that I know it's a survey I will not worry about it any longer.

I just received 2 calls from 714-998-8431. Second call they left a voice mail saying they were calling on behalf of an auto body shop to set up an appointment for appraisal of damage (was rear ended by another vehicle last night). The reason I'm bothering to post this is: the claims agent at the insurance company gave me a direct (and local) number to contact the body shop. Why would I want to go through an intermediary?
