I think it's a surveyor for an auto body shop come to think of it. Whenever you get your work done from a particular auto body shop, they are linked to a surveyor that calls and asks how their work came out. Don't answer. It's just a big waste of time and minutes.

There a legit company who gets your number from your INSURANCE COMPANIES, not Enterprise.

They get the info from your INSURANCE COMPANIES.

Okay, I recently had auto body work done also.... I'm relieved, yet annoyed that I figured out who's calling. They always call during the day while I'm working, and I couldn't figure out who would be calling me from a CA number. Thanks.

Same as many of you... I get two calls a day with no message... been happening for two weeks. Rented from enterprise while having body work done on my car... no mssg's left and when I called them, was put on hold and then in to voice mail of "CC Callback". Really Annoying!!!!!!

Same story here. Although I don't think they are getting the number from my insurance company seeing as we didn't go through my insurance for the repair work to my car. I didn't use a rental company either, so I'm guessing it's the Autobody shop. Like another person, I'm pretty annoyed because it means they gave out my cell phone number and I don't remember reading anything about it in their paperwork.

Its just a market research survey. quit being babies and answer the phone. Tell them to REMOVE YOU FROM THEIR LIST. Its not hard.You people are pathetic.

I also rec'd calls from this number just after I rented from Enterprise while my car was in the shop having body work done. I have not answered it yet....

Someone above said FixAuto and my guess is that is correct. I was told to expect a call asking me a five question survey and there is no one else I could think of it being. So I would suggest you all answer and say yes or no to their 5 questions. It's simple AND NOT A COLLECTION CALL.
