Getting this call on my work phone. No message. Sorry but where I work we leave people messages, if it can't leave a message, I don't return the call.
I just started recieving these calls, same stories as you guys but I have notrented from enterprise...?
Same experience as all previous entries...If they cant identify themselves respectfully, then neither should we and nor do i think they really want or need our answers since they are so RUDE. TO HEATHER: More people probably would answer their call if they didnt always call during normal working hours. Not everyone is on unemployment and can answer their cell at work.
I get the same call from the same number as all of you. I stopped him in his tracks and asked what company he represented, his reply was Robert Beasley Cars. Told him to remove my name from his list and he said he would.Hope this helps some of you
I had my car at an auto body shop and they gave me a car from Enterprise. Then all the scam phone calls started. If this is what I get in return, I am insisting that Artisitic Auto Body in Wilsonville uses another rental company. I suggest everyone stop using Enterprise.
Whoever it is CONTINUES to call my number and does not leave messages. It is extremely rude. I have received 6 calls dating from July 14th to the present, July 25th, and everytime a message is NOT left. I just had a friend call this number for me from a blocked number and the automated message states *#@%)$ Auto (the first name is muffled and it was not made out). Then he waited on line and some automated message stating CC Callback is not available so leave your message and someone will get back with you.
Called the number..."Fix Auto" was the name given. Since they are not polite enough to leave me a message, I'm not going to leave them one either.
