I just had my car in the body shop and rented from enterprise. hmmmm!

I called it back and it was a survey for a recent autobody work I had done.

A call from Fountain Valley Bodywork asking a series of question. I had my car repaired there. And wanted to know I rated them, my insurance and the car rental company.Basically, was I satisfied or not.

I have rec'd 2 calls in 1 week and I also rented from Enterprise while my car was in the shop having body work done. I have not answered it yet....

Confirmed... I had my car serviced at a auto body shop after a collision, it is a survey company.

For the past 4 weeks, I have received calls from this number every 3 or 4 days. Since I live in VA and did not recognize the number, I did not answer. No messages were left. Today, I decided I would answer. The call was a survey of my satisfaction with the service of an autobody shop which did work for me a month ago. The caller was courteous and business like. He asked me a few questions about the service, thanked me and then ended the call.

A very friendly lady left a message. She identified herself as calling on behalf of Fix It Auto, and wanted to ask some followup customer service questions. She Left a Toll Free number to call back at my convenience. I didn't not pickup this call as I didn't recognize the number. Will pickup shall they like to call again and I see/hear the phone ringing, Very pleased with Fix It Auto, professional, courteous, kept me in the know every step of the way.However, had to rent a car from Enterprise Rental, contracted through my insurance company. The car Enterprise brought straight from someone else using it, smelled to high HEAVEN of Baby Powder, attempting to mask the odor of cigarette smell and vomit (vomit was encrusted in the steering wheel). My husband didn't think highly enough of me to request a new rental to replace this, lucky me.

To much. I've been getting call all week from this number. I didn't rent from enterprise, however, my car was getting repairs - No rental though.
