720-708-1000 # calls a business VOIP phone inside our office.For years there's always been a fax or some other quiet call to a specific older extension in our office.
I also received a call from this number 720-708-1000.....The man's name was Allen Cohen states he works for ACS.?....Said there was a legal matter to be settled and that i was going to be arrested etc for bad checks. this was left on my message machine. will not call them back do not know them. he left the call back number as...866-575-0589 ext...209.. Good Luck ...Hope you get to sue them....
Just received a call to home land line, in Spanish, from this number. I responded "I don't understand spanish...speak in English." The caller stopped talking and the line went dead after about 10 seconds. It was a female caller.
This is what showed on my caller ID when a relative called me from England using a prepaid calling card, so it isn't always an unwanted call.
Multiple calls/hang-ups at all hours of the day and night, increasing in frequency over a period of three weeks.
I got a call from this same number at 3:55am and again at 4:00 am. Both times I picked up the phone it went dead. It scared mme to death because I just so happen to have a good friend that is in the hospital for a heart transplant. I didn't know if it was from the hospital or one of the family telling me bad news.
We just got a call at the office. They asked for the boss by name. We told the guy he was out of the office and the guy hung up.....
We have received three calls from this number claiming to be "windows service center" and saying that they are receiving error messages from my computer. They want me to do all sorts of things like open certain files and tell them information and go to certain websites. I didn't do what they told me to do so I don't know where it would have led me. I DO know that neither microsoft nor windows call consumers unless the consumer calls them first to make a service request.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
