My daughter called from the Cape Canaveral area from her Straighttalk phone. This number popped up on the caller i.d. I would consider it legit. Must be a company that handles calls out of the calling area.
i have a large list of these phone numbers that i have blocked. the no call list does not work.i don't awnser the calls, i just take the number and *60#7207081000, into the phone and the phone company stops them from ever calling again, the only number that they can't seem to block is 0000000000, so i now have another for my long list!
Message was inappropriate and insulting. Caller called ten times with in a matter a minute.
This number has called me repeatedly for 3 days straight they never say anything and when I call back a recording cones on. They start calling around 10 every night and don't stop til 4 or later in the morning I've litterly had 2 turn my phone off and that's just redicolous!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
