THIS SCAM DID GET ME IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME GET INFO ON WHERE THIS NUMBER GOES TO I WOULD APPRECIATE IT LOTS THEY CALLED SAYING IT WAS A COUSIN WHO GOT IN A WRECK AND NEEDED MONEY THEY KNEW ALL OF OUR PERSONAL INFO IF ANY ONE KNOW ANYTHING PLEASE HELP!
I've gotten several calls and finally picked up to try and end the harassment. There was no response on the other end.
Phone rang, caller ID showed this number 720-708-1000 Unknown caller, so I didn't pick up. Suddenly I hear my Mom leaving a message on the answering machine!! I talked to her and she said the connection was horrible at her end. Why her call showed up as a 720 area code when she's in 507 is beyond me!! Any ideas out there?

As has been previously posted this number and the CID "COLORADO" can be any of thousands of people who use the Canadian-based VOIP Server.Today, 720-708-1000 called and left a message on my system. It was a dealer of mine in Singapore whom I have known for years.But the next time the phone rings and the caller ID says 720-708-1000 COLORADO, it could just as well be the Fake Yellow Page scammer in India, the Legal Action scammer in Nigeria, the protection Racket from Russia or ANYONE FROM ANYWHERE.So what we need to do is shut down, hack, or otherwise destroy that operation in Canada that facilitates these crimes.

Yes i just got a call from this person i has been talking online. Said his phone was turned off and he was using his office phone???? Was kinda of weird cause he was sending me messages from da phone that should be turned off....is he a scam artist???

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
