the busy signal would be from them constantly calling people, so incoming calls cannot get through.

I have been getting calls from this number from several months. I never answer them. They never leave any message. I am a recent graduate. I tried calling back and finding out but it gives an error message. It is something strange happening.
I had been getting calls from this number almost daily...sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. I never answered and always got an error message if I tried to call back. I started getting them around the time I started consolidating my student loans. I stopped getting the calls about a month ago. However, about 1 week ago I reapplied to graduate school and reapplied for a new student loan. Guess what? I got 2 phone calls from this number in the last 2 days.
