Macy's calling for the previous owner of my new telephone number (not the first company looking for him).After I explained, they said they would note the incorrect number in their file.That was three weeks ago, and they have not called back.
I've been getting calls from this number for the past two days. Yesterday it tried to reach me five times! If it's somehow connected to Macy's, as some of the other posts suggest, I've no clue why they're calling me. My account is current (just double checked). Special offer, perhaps?
Block the number...They are probably a call center overseas most likely India..It is unprofessional to not leave a message, but then again it is a group of foreign slaves calling.

This number is a fraud , they are calling u from another country and using a spoof number which is an app u can download. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION about yourself or others state you notified the authorities of there harassment and hang up download block app as well they sometimes change 1 or 2 digits in there number If you block them. They may ask to send money obviously DO NOT !!

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
