I keep getting calls from 727-556-5772. They will not identify themselves to me. The caller ID says "MCCS" and the person calling typically has an accent. They ask for Derek Lamb, a name that to the best of my knowledge could only, at best, have had a long-ago association with my number. I have tried "call rejection" service and will see
For the past couple of weeks I have been receiving calls from 727-556-5772 non stop. It's calls after calls on my home voicemail, but no one leaves a message.
These people are almost as annoying as the Wal-Mart people. Anyway, they call me multiple times per day. I usually dont answer, and when I do, they want information from me without giving any about themselves. I hope they are Macy's collection people like you all think. But a company that reluctantly identifies itself as "credit services" sounds like a scam artist to me.
Been getting hundreds of calls from this number 727-556-5772 I just googled it and came here to find out what was it about. Husband and I went away for Thanksgiving to our beach house. When we got there I discovered our caller ID had this 727-556-5772 number listed over 100 calls with no messages left on answering machine. Then they called while we were there, I picked up no one on the other end, they hang up. To boot they called FOUR TIMES on Thanksgiving day!!! We never give out our vacation home's phone number to any creditor and much less on a Macys or Bloomingdales account - we do not have an account with them. Our number is private non published, not new however how did they get it I have no idea. I just couldn't believe I read here it is MACY's, for them to call FOUR times on Thanksgiving day is pretty pathetic.
Got a call from 1-727-556-5772: they said they were collection agents and needed to collect on a past due account. Um, first of all, my account is current. Also, they called 2 days after it was due. Collection agents don't hound you unless you are at least 15 to 20 days late, and they certainly dont call you when your minimum payment is $10.They asked for my account # which I gave them, but then asked to verify my name, SSN, address, etc. I refused to give them info and told the guy that he was a fuc*ing scumbag.Dont fall for these calls!! These people are scam artists!!!
They called me a few times already. There is no responce when I pick up the phone. They also do not leave messages when I do not answer. The caller ID displays FACS. No idea who is this.
