there is a free app for android called whoscall - It's free. Go to google playstore and download it-- works like a champ.. The call goes right to VM- a message is never left and your phone says call was blocked.
Thank goodness for Caller ID. I've received calls like this from all over the country. Never picked them up and never will...they never let it ring long enough to leave a message.
