I'd suggest you check the law, sir. There is absolutely a time limit on debt. That's the whole point of a statute of limitations. If that's run out, and the creditor didn't get a judgment, the debt is uncollectible. If there's a judgment against the consumer, that is collectible but even then there's a point where judgments expire. Very nasty people with bad attitudes - if you get a call from this number don't answer it - Bank of America a very crooked Bank sells their debts to portfolio Recovery who are relentless, crooked themselves, not honest - they are just as crooked as Bank of America who rips off their customersThe government needs to do something about companies and banks that operate the way these two do!
