who are you and why you calling me?

This number called me and kept saying "hehe haha"

Hello I got a call from this number twice and both times they said nothing pretty annoying I have a feeling who this is cause I know of someone that is on vacation right now or so I have heard and I use to date them and this person would call sometimes not using this number but the real number and not say anything apperantly this is a google number... weird

This is the number that shows up when someone calls you from the new google voice program. It's somebody calling you from their gmail account. Try it. It's very cool.

How can one block this number?

Called a friend on her cellphone this morning and left a voicemail. She called back five minutes later, and this was the number showing on call display. She was simply calling using her gmail, nothing sinister.

Idiot called from 760-705-8888. Woke me at 7:02a Saturday 4, 2014. Idiot did not make a sound when I answered.I hope they get NO sleep for a week, if human. If robot, I hope it crashes.

This is the default caller ID for a Google Voice user. The person who is calling has a Google account but didn't chose a phone number to be linked with the account. It probably is just an individual who honestly forgot to assign themselves a permanent number but it could be someone with a malicious motive. I would just reject the call and then block the number. BTW, Google Voice is a great service: free calls nationwide and international ones dirt cheap.
